For this we can use the Shrink Volume feature. First go to My Computer from your computer. Click on Computer as shown in the image below and "Manage " it through System Group.
Then a window will open as shown below as Computer Management. Select Disk Management from here.
Now you can see the total storage capacity of your computer. The C drive here always shows the operating system. If the heart is partitioned during formatting, those parts are also shown below. Select the disk from which you want to partition. When selecting this disk, select the one with the most space.
Select the partition you selected and right click on it. Select Shrink Volume from the menu that appears.
The windows will open as shown in the diagram below. Enter the next button in the first two windows(1 picture). Then you will see a window like below. By this "Assign the following drive letter " to assign a letter to your new drive. Enter and click the Next button.

You have now received a new local disk.
How to Extend a Drive
Extending is the process of converting two drives into one drive.
Important - When you extend this drive, you must first provide a delete drive. All data on one of your drives will be erased. So first copy the data in the drive you are going to edit to another drive.
First select the drive you are extending and right click on it. Enter the delete volume from the menu that appears. Then give yes to the incoming message.
You will see a new drive again as shown in the image below. Usually a black frame can be seen.
Select the drive to be added to the Extend Drive and right click on it. Click on the Extend volume from the menu that appears.
You will get a window as follows: Give it next (1 picture). Then another window will open as shown below (2 picture). This shows the data on the drive you are going to Extend. Return next and Finish.
